soulstealer vayne has not a lot of love for an expensive skin, dont you think they have to keep updating this skin and the other 10 gem skins tomake it a more of a WOW skin instead of "oh thats cute he has that" laughs and rides away in vaynes bike skin i mean i though i earned soulstealer vayne but its just another reskin no different than frosted ezreal

No, simply because the man power required to do that would be enormous. I would like it, but theyd probably lose a lot of developement power for new skins that make them much more money.
