Birch was once a notorious forester and miner from the corrupted state of Zaun. He would often go on long expedition demolishing entire environments and spiritual lands, digging up the lands in his never-ending search for new resources to sell to the mad scientists for their experiments. He felt no caring for the environments he so easily ravaged, he simply wanted to fuel his home and fill his wallet. Him and his team of expendables and thugs to tear apart the grounds for even for so much as a speck of the lands resources. He wanted to find the greatest power the lands had to offer. Little did he know that he wouldn't find his answer buried in the earth, but from the sky.

One day, while on an expedition through the Plague Jungle, Birch noticed a bright glow coming from out of the corner of his eye, it drew his curiosity. Cutting through the brush he something rather peculiar, a glowing boulder laying dormant within the trunk of a massive tree. But what he failed to recognize was that most of the plant life surrounding the tree was rotten away. He approached the rock to analyze it, he felt the energies of the rock tingle across his skin. It felt invigorating, then strange, then painful. In fact, it was so painful that Birch began to blackout of consciousness and fall on top of the rock. Something happened then, the energy dwelling within the rock, mixed with the dark magics of the Plague Jungles and began to change him.

Birch awoke hours late, the rock with the energy had fuse itself to him as well as the accursed tree it nested in for so long. At first he was horrified and confused, but then after realizing the uniqueness and power of the energy, he was overjoyed. He returned to Zaun to boast the power he had received. He was greeted and praised by his peers and comrades. Here he announced that he would enter the League of Legends to demonstrate this power to all of Runterra and bring glory to Zaun.

Over the course of days after his return, things began to take a turn for the worst for Birch. Everyone who had ever came near him had started becoming severely sick and eventually die. The Zaunite went from praising him to hating and fearing him, as hundreds who had been in his presence were beginning to die. Even his beloved wife had turned on him after becoming ill. This sent Birch into a downward spiral of rage and terror in the mind of the man turned abomination. He fled Zaun and headed towards Institute of War, his destination remained but his goals had changed. He was to offer his services in the League until this power was separated from him once and for all.

Passive:

Rad-Poisoning Range-325 Damage- 10 Birch can cause damage to opponents get too close to him and will slowly lose health over time, but will stop if they leave this area.

Attacks:

Q) Gamma Ray Range- 600 Mana Cost-75 Damage- 75 / 120 / 165 / 210 / 255 Birch fires a skill shot nuke, delivering damage on contact as well as poison damage.

Cooldown: 6 seconds

W) Quarantine Range-150 Mana Cost-80 Damage- 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 Birch surrounds himself in an energy field for a short amount of time. Any enemy who comes into contact with this shield, it will rupture and deliver extra damage.

Cooldown: 14 seconds

E) Fallout Range-1010 Mana Cost-85 Damage- 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 Birch picks up a handful of dirt and throws it at his target, showering them with toxic rubble.

Cooldown: 8 seconds

Ultimate:

R) Self-Destructive Armageddon Range-4400 Mana Cost-150 Damage- 725 / 1075 / 1325 After one second delay, Birch explodes, covering a large area of the map. First with the initial blast dealing true damage to all enemies within range and deals 20% damage to Birch's overall health. Fallout will cover the area dealing bonus damage to enemies who cross it for 7 seconds.
