Freya, The Toxic Omen

Freya is a high risk high reward ADC champion

as a young Noxian girl, she was super happy and had everything, but unfortunately one day she was unlucky to catch a dreadful disease and would soon perish. Her father gone mad from the despair, sent her to the most ambitious doctor in Noxus. The doctor experimented on her and injected her with all kinds of things to keep her alive, and had to perform surgery so much that she became less and less human and more of an experiment. She did survive, but the chemicals she breathed out were so toxic people around her would be poisoned from breathing the air. and she ran away, almost wishing she had not survived, due to being without love entirely.

She became evil, using her powers and stuff, but the League saw she could compete and recruited.

Omen of Death:

Enemy champions who are near Freya take increased damage, and get reduced healing

Q: Desperation Hurl Freya loosens the stitches on her abdomen and hurls the top half of her body at a target location. If it hits an enemy, it bounces back. If it doesn't hit an enemy, it remains on the ground until Freya can pick it up OR until a certain amount of time passes. Freya cannot use auto attacks or abilities without the top half of her body, but her movement speed is increased without it.

W: Body Split Freya splits in half vertically. One half is the "parent half" (defaultly controlled) the other half is the "pet" Freya's health and mana are split between the halves when she does this. If one half reaches 0 health, it explodes, damaging an area. The other half regenerates to the full body when this happens, and instantly gets back HP and mana based on damage dealt.

The parent half can still use any ability while in half and auto attack, the "pet" can auto attack. if the parent half explodes, you take control of the pet

E: Deadly Temptation Freya starts dancing and any champion facing her within a certain range is stunned.

R: The Art of Disaster Freya begins channeling The Art of Disaster, which can be activated any time during the channel. If the channel time reaches the end, the cooldown is halved and the ability is not used. Freya holds her breath and concentrates. When activated, she explodes, dealing damage in an area. The longer she waits to activate the bigger and more damage-y the area. After use, Freya's body recollects itself and her body parts are immune to everything during this time. Freya can move, auto attack, and use any ability during the channel, but using Q will cancel it.
