Noxus Riven

A Noxus version of Riven wearing armor that resembles the same concept as the Noxus Poppy skin. Thought it would be a nice idea for all the Noxus lovers out there, plus she was originally from Noxus. Had this idea for a long time but didn't know where to share it. Please comment if you have any suggestions!
