New Champion Idea! Must See!

How about a Goblin type Yordle? He can be from Noxus, and work as a underground dealer of anything and everything. He can use guns like kled without skarl or lucien, since we don't have too many that do use guns.

His passive can be, "He gains no gold over time, instead he can sell items for a higher price anywhere on the map. The extra gold from the items sold goes into his pockets."

His Q can be "Pilfer: Steal a handful of gold from the enemy champion after damaging them."

His W can be "Scuttle: The Goblin can drop a trail of bombs for 5 steps. in a line." Scuttle will kinda be like singed poison trail but it only last for 5 steps.

his E can be "Cheap Shot: Hits the enemy champion in a weak spot, stunning them."

and his ultimate can be "Greed: Refund a enemy champions item for the gold, then collect a small fee."

He can be a green skinned yordle named "Thumper." I think that this idea is new, fresh, and its unlike any other champion on league. I really hop I get some attention to this post, and I hope that I get some comments down below. Perhaps someone from riot will take interest to the idea! :) Thanks for reading.
