About red baron corki

I understand the skin is really old and so, but when getting the free legendary and getting red baron corki and realizing that wait this is just a reskin you really think like why is this skin even a legendary. My friend got godking darius and others the zed skin nothing there but just wondering is that skin getting some kind of a rework on it as it is really old, costs way too much for just a reskin and to even be legendary skin.

Just some opinions but just feels weird to get kinda the worst possible legendary skin that's even worse than just basic zac's cromas at the moment.
