Even though Dino 
is adorable i think a good idea for a skin would be Gnarly it would be a blue kinda like stitch with a floral shirt and board shorts he would throw surfboards instead of boomerangs and his ult would be him creating a tidal wave. What is your opinion on it please tell me how i could improve this idea.

It'd be cool if he threw water for his ult, and if he ults towards a wall it creates like a splash against it. TBH it seems like we have a lot of skins that are just red/black or blue/purplish and just have water/fire particles. It would have to be done well to be a little different.
