This Sh!t is Bananas (Soraka Rework)

Sorakas new rework is sh!t. I mean I'm not one to judge but really riot. I think it should be changed back to normal except maybe her q. Her e would be good if it gave mana. what do you guys think. The rework just made a 450 champion more difficult. I felt soraka was well balanced. She was a good support to learn, but didn't make her ridiculously broken.
