A New Skin Idea For Teemo

So, with Cinco De Mayo coming up, I though It would be a really cool idea to make a new Teemo skin. I was thinking of the brilliant name Captain Taquito, OR Capta Quito. And for example, instead of his blowgun, he spits spices out of a taquito! Rito, please make official. 100 100 100. Ty. Please comment extra ideas below. Thanx.
