Why does kindered suck as a champ?

It might be me but playing kindred verses any jungle seems like a shit show. you can never carry a game as kindred and your ult when you use it helps the enemy more than you or your team I don't really see the use of it. your passive which is good makes any smart enemy jungle know exactly where your going to be and if your behind you will never get your marks. and when you mark a enemy in lane you basically tell them that your going to gank. but people say that's how you control where the jungle is ya but if you don't get marks your are useless in team fights because with out them you do nothing. I don't know if I'm playing her wrong, she was good at release, but now she is probably the worst jungle in the game

She doesn't. She just has a very high learning curve. Kindred mains around gold + actually do pretty well, but Kindred is not kind of champ that you can simply pick up and rank with a mastery 4. You have to really know the in's and outs and have a firm understanding of the role.

Kindred are fine right now, not too strong and not too weak. It sounds that your biggest problem is actually using your tools creatively.

Yes, the mark can warn the enemy that you want to gank him. The other side of the coin: you can apply pressure on that enemy while not even being there. If the enemy is having alot of fights with his laner and the fights are close, then he gets marked, he will think twice before he goes for the kill.

Same for the ultimate. It is a double edged sword, but you just have to learn to use it correctly. For example, it is great for tower diving an enemy. Bards ult is the same, it can save enemies and doom allies, but this is just about you learning to use it effectively.
