It is said to be release later on this year. Possibly at the end of Summer, but who knows

they said later 2015 early 2016 at the end of season 4 was when they said that i think
He's been delayed one again. They have no kit direction for him nor the tech to make his animations as smooth and fluid as they could be. As for 4 months ago nobody is working on him actively and he's been put on hold, that's the most up to date information we have.
TL;DR- (In, more or less, a designer's words- It was either Scarizard, Zenon, Meddler or Morello) Ao Shin not this year.
