What if Riot added a Champion mastery level 8, and lets say like top 100 people on that champion in the region get it, not really useful but it could be a cool idea

Top 100 people is way too strict. I think it should be based on how many points you have on the champion. Lets say you have 100K points on a champion, with 4 mastery tokens all of which have to be S or S+. I think that sounds more fair

Maybe get a m8 token every 50k points or 100k or so. I like the idea of more masteries tho, definitely.

I think Mastery 8 should be something very difficult to get, especially on multiple champions. Something like 500,000 or 1,000,000 Mastery Points, to show you are truly a veteran player of that champion.

I think it would be cool but what would happen if they are no longer top 100 do they just lose it? that would be kinda annoying and how will it be rated? like by mastery points? not sure how well it would work that way but id for sure be interested. I mean will i ever get one? prob not I can stick with a champion long enough to do anything like that lol.
