I bought the Capsule package for the event and received World Breaker Trundle. Went ahead and used Orange Essence to purchase it, but the client it is still telling/showing me as a locked skin for trundle 2 days later. Can someone from Riot for the love of god help me? and get this unlocked ASAP!
This isn’t something we can help with on the boards, please submit a Support Ticket to Riot so support can look into it. also if you can not submit a ticket try to log out from the support site and log back in again and/or use incognito mode. Or alternatively you can email [email protected]
Do you own Trundle? Because that is usually the issue for me when this happens.
Ok thanks guys. Sorry for slow response. I do own him. The boards are for some reason having compatibility issues with firefox on my pc. Had to come through my phone. I just now got a chance to submit a riot ticket on my phone app.
