New Spell??

X3RATH Jan 2, 9:22 AM PST Hey I just came up with an idea for a spell that riot could make. I don't know if its a good idea and its kinda like the spell barrier. This spell I thought could be called reflect. How this spell works is that you can activate it and it can last for like 1,5 seconds, and in that time all the damage you take is reflected to the person that is attacking you. I thought this spell could be good versus assasins and champions that one-shot you. While this spell is active you can still be rooted and stunned but that does'nt reflect on the enemy, that would be to good if it did. How enemys knew you activated the spell it could be like a shield around you or something I'm not really sure. The cd on this spell could maybe be 420 seconds cd (7 min) or 450 second cooldown. Do yo u guys think this is a good idea???

Not a particularly good idea. That makes it BETTER than barrier, and better than ignite in most cases. That's just a "Go all in and stop them from even attacking you for x amount of time" kind of spell. Just imagine going in to execute an ADC and getting 1-shot by yourself... That's pretty toxic. Or using that after getting R'd by Zed? Having so many uses makes it so gross. We already have a fairly useful shield summoner spell to stop burst damage, in a very balanced fashion. You can try coming up with a champion concept and having that be their ultimate ability or something though.

This would not only replace barrier, but it could STACK with barrier...and ironically it would be best on the exact champions you're trying to make it counter.

Imagine a Yasuo that decided to take Reflect/Barrier. It would be a mind game for starters: "will he activate barrier or reflect first, and should we try to burst him immediately and instantly die, or should we try to bait it and die waiting for him to even use it?" Obviously, it's Yasuo: he doesn't even NEED flash. He stacks those two spells, he's unkillable, reflect will deal more damage than ignite to MULTIPLE enemies, and in a complete sense of irony, he one shots your WHOLE TEAM, and does it FASTER than normal.

its an interesting idea but this would be fucking aids to play against for anyone.
