Legendary Zac skin!

While my friends and I were talking about possible skins, we came up with an idea for a legendary skin. Since all his other skin concepts are just him in different colors, why don't we have a legendary skin for him that lets him change colors every time he casts an ability? Or it can be like DJ Sona and just use ctrl + 5 to change his color. I think that would be pretty sweet.
