I think this is an awesome idea. I heard that any skin could be in it. If I get Pax TF I swear I will make a pilgrimage once a year to Riot HQ and bow on their front lawn and weep over the luck I have been bestowed. Anyone here hoping for a particular skin?

A skin for any Champion that your friend owns is eligible for Mystery Gifting, as long as it's worth at least 520 RP and is available in the store. This includes Legendary and even Ultimate skins! Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven and Riot Squad Singed.

Based on this page, the restrictions and whatnot are limited to 2014.

Actually, can't you get Legacy skins, which aren't usually listed on a champion page, from mystery gifts?

I'd be really happy getting any of those, but honestly getting any skin for free is pretty nice.

I bought rocket girl Tristana before they announced her VU and changed her splash art and I'm so insanely torn right now...)
