Skin Suggestion: Angry Plumber Ryze (Arcade Ryze)

Imagine a Ryze skin where a big green pipe is on his back, he is wearing blue overalls and a red shirt and hat with 'LOL' on it. Now imagine his abilities...

Overload (Q): Ryze throws a red fireball. If he hits something with Spell Flux on it, the fire storms to other targets. Rune Prison (W): Ryze summons a toothy plant to bite his enemy's feet, locking them in place. Spell Flux (E): Ryze throws a green turtle shell. If he hits something with Spell Flux already on it, several shells spread to other nearby targets. Realm Warp (R): Ryze pulls out/blows a Warp Whistle, summoning a huge green pipe everyone can jump in, and everyone pops out of one at target location.

No idea what to do with Overload, but the idea of him flashing a dozen colors and there being happy music there comes to mind as he is trailed by stars of gold.
