New Blue Essence

Anyone else finding it tedious with the new blue essence thing? You earn XP towards leveling. When you level up you get a "capsule" which includes champ shards that you have limited options with (save them for no reason) or disenchant into blue essence and it doesn't give you enough to buy a champ with. It seems like getting blue essence is harder than getting IP was. I don't mind spending money on Skins because I want one but I really don't want to spend money just to buy a champion that CAN be obtained through playing the game (with a bunch of hours). I'm a little sad they took away rolling champ shards into permanent champions. I was hoping when I heard you would get champ capsules after leveling up that you would get champs you didnt have... I spent so much money on runes in the past that I could have bought champs with and I only got 3 champs when the new system rolled in. I would take getting the rerolls for champions back...I don't know, I guess I'm not expressing myself very well. Eh-maybe someone will understand my ramble and what I'm trying to say.
