New shapeshifter introducing new mechanic

So I’m a fan of shapeshifting champs like Gnar, Nidalee, Elise, and Shyvanna and I was thinking about how each champ changes forms. Gnar is with Rage, Shyvanna is with Fury, then Elise and Nidalee have no cost. So what if there was a champ that could transform off of Fear. I’m not talking about being feared like from fiddlesticks or anyone, I’m talking fear as in when you’re below 50% Hp and you’re being chased you begin to build up Fear, and once your Fear reaches 100 you transform. Similar to the way Kled remounts Skarrl by gaining Courage from attacking Enemies, towers, and minions, and it would work within the same Radius of Vayne’s passive. So once you’re below 50% HP and enemies within a certain range begin to chase you, you build up Fear and once your Fear reaches 100 you unleash “The Darkness Within” or something like that. When I thought of concept I imagined the champion would be a Darkin or from the Shadow Isles.

What do you guys think of this concept? I’m not 100% sure if Riot ACTUALLY looks at the concepts of their player base and takes it seriously, but I for one don’t think it’s a bad idea and think it’d be an interesting champion to introduce into the game.

Consistently misspells Shyvana....

######I'm an omega Shyvana nerd.

Interesting, mechanic. If I'm understanding it right it's "while under 50% HP you gain fear until full then transform." Whatever the champion actual transformation is being work-shopped you are just interested in the mechanic.

A Darkin? Someone came up with a concept that the next Darkin Female could actually like her host and not want to murder them, this could be a cool mechanic/theme because the host could be getting "scared" and when all hope seems lost the Darkin comes out to protect the host. After the threat is "subdued" or "our of combat" the Darkin and host swap again.

I had similar idea for Vayne Rework millenia ago. Story-wise, she would be kinda like Jekyll or Werewolf, hunting possible demon gruesomly murdering people at night, not realizing it's her when she loses control (and memory afterwards) and the demon takes control.

Could push, in relation to her zeal in new lore, theoretical question of If she would be willing to kill herself due to her 0 magic tolerance or If she'd hypocritically make exception given that the people murdered might've been mages (for her, the kill would be good deed) that the demon inside her must feast on.

Gameplay-wise, it would be simple condition of her ult, still super-sayan mode, only being activable below 50% HP and in duration ticking twice as fast If she gets (and while she is) at above 50% HP. Coincidentally, I planned for the ult to be called "The Demon Within". And it worked on the trope decribed below that the demon was trying to save Vayne as should she die he dies too.

If we're talking the exact concept of yours, could be Naruto-esque "If you die I die too" trope. Some "symbiote" or mostly dormant "parasite" taking over to save the host to avoid death himself. Though Kai'sa already seems to be inspired by Venom-like symbiote.
