Negga Skins?

I feel like Riot should create nega skins. Similar to the void skins. Except its where champions of light are presented as the opposite of light (darkness). For example you we have Lux. A prodigy child that can has the power to harness light. Would it be possible to make her clad in dark colors with an ominous look upon her face? I honestly feel like nega skins would bring a little bit of darkness to the League.
