First two abilities sound a lot like Zed.

You should enter the CCOS. I think you have a really good concept here!

I had the idea for a similar character -> an archer who shoots with different arrows (not an oldschool wooden bow, more like of a mechanical iron bow which shoots with different arrows which has a container with chemicals instead of a normal arrowhead).

Ps: They already have a marksman as a support -> ashe

A support marksman is definitely something you don't see every day, so the idea itself is nice, though not so easy to execute. The only other example of this I can think of would be Ana from Overwatch. I flipped when I heard there's a sniper that plays as a support.

Now, regarding your kit. Right off the bat I can tell you that you have no business scaling your skills off mana regeneration since those numbers are so low you won't even feel them in your skills at any point of the game. Scaling your skills off your total mana is a different story and is perfectly reasonable.

Splinter is ok, I guess. Kinda similar to Soraka Q - hit enemies and gain a speed boost, a perfectly reasonable albeit underwhelming skill.

Quiver is obviously the bread and butter of this kit and is where most of your utility comes from, so let's break it down for a moment Power Shot is a good skill, the pull and knockback effect is a good disruptive ability that could be used efficiently for both peeling and engaging. Revitalize is weak. Very weak. Since you heal allies based on the power of Splinter and your basic attacks, you have to take into consideration that as a support you don't get much damage output in your skills and even less so from your basic attacks, so the heal effect would be very small. Energize is a good skill. No problems with this one.

IInfusion is not a good idea - Snide fires an arrow that gives a single ally a massive shield, and then after 0.75 Snide himself phases into that ally, and said ally gains massive attack speed? That's just weird and doesn't fit thematically with the kit. All of his basic abilities are about shooting arrows with different effects and now suddenly you get to chill inside a different ally champion? There are two problems with this: the first problem is that the moment you enter an ally champion, you put your team at a numerical disadvantage. Any damage the enemies could have directed at you would then be directed at your buffed host, which would likely be focused down hard. The second problem is that you can't cast Splinter, which is supposed to be used in conjunction with your Quiver:Revitalize to keep your allies healed. Basically your ult right now is more hurting your team fighting capabilities than it is helping, all because you disable yourself for 6-8 seconds.

Now regarding the theme of your kit as a whole. I have to be honest, this feels like a half assassin. With Power Shot's massive damage potential and Crowd Control and Fox's Agility granting you Root or invisibility while at the same time gap closing, plus Splinter can be used to distract enemies with a copy of yourself, it all feels like a marksman version of LeBlanc really.

Whats his theme, is his bow tech themed?

Any ways I always like to see someones attempt at making the Support role more diverse and more fun. I have been trying to do the same thing with support ideas of my own, because I feel like at time it has a stigma of being so lacking in the fun department.

this isn't such a bad concept in that the basic ideas for the abilities are not that bad. I like the idea of a Support Marksman (I agree with you that Ashe is definitely more of an ADC Marksman with some utility)

What if Revitalize also gave the ally a heal based off their own AA as well as Orion's AA and Splinter, that would help with its weakness
