New Launcher Idea Thing

I am not exactly sure where to put this so I placed it in the Concepts & Creations section.

We need a "big picture mode" type launcher, one that has the game connected to the launcher, this could fix very many problems and even make updating the game even easier. This is seen in multiple other similar games (Heroes of the Storm & Dota 2 are great examples) This would possibly reduce the amount of infinite loading screens and constant "retry" popups. By having all of the in game packets loaded on start up there would be longer start up times, however there would be much shorter loading times. Opening up a new application for the game is a pain in itself as it also takes up more memory and is rougher on the computer.

(I do not know all of the inner workings of the client as these are all just ideas I thought up, but I think that this would be a great improvement even if a lot of these points are invalid.)
