Evelynn's Abilities need a rework

Evelynn Has been hated since this game has came out, and still people hate her because of how "sneaky" she is, I'm glad Riot Games has decided to rework her splash art but I feel like her abilities are a bit lack luster, they don't give you the "umphh!", You know? Its just Q-Q-Q-Q-E-Q-W Etc... in games there's nothing more dumb than a full ap evelynn creeping from the shadows and blows you up, there isn't much counterplay to it and her abilities art are god awful they look like from season one. I just wanted to express how I feel about evelynn I love playing her but she's just too basic.
