Just hear me out man.

So I've been a Vel'koz main since I purchased him waaay back at the beginning of season 5 and he is still my favorite champ to this day. The thing is, he hasn't gotten a skin in almost three years. And that's okay, I know that he's not the most popular champion but just hear me out man: in like... ten years when the meta is just a pile of mush and Vel'koz becomes the best ADC-Tank-Jungler of season 19 and rito decides he's finally popular enough to get his Legendary skin I have but one request,

Dark Star Vel'koz.

When my tentacally boi finally gets his shot in the spotlight I think his Legendary skin should be Dark Star. Think about it, his Q could leave a trail of tiny stars that POP! like they're exploding (not to mention the q itself could explode and show an effect that would look similar to a quasar). The W... can keep doing what it does best. Being a rift in space time (maybe have Vel send out some kind of dark orb that cuts the rift open?). His E could be a singularity that implodes on contact. And his R: instead of the animation looking like he's shooting a laser it looks like he's sucking up the essence of space as well as any champion he hits.

His personality could also fit the theme, make him harsh, cold, and unfeeling. A few quote ideas for takedowns

Chances are, Riot's already been working on this, and it'll probably only be an epic skin and I'm fine wit that. But if by chance Riot's not, and they're reading this: Take your time, make other skins for Vel'koz if you must. But I think when our calamari friend finally gets his Legendary skin, it should be in the Dark Star skin line.
