[Champion Concept] Fen'Riz, The LizardMan

Q ability-(Skillshot)- Fen'Riz digs his tail into the ground and coming up to grab onto the first person it reaches, Stunning them for 1.5 seconds. W ability-(Cone)- Fen'Riz whips his tail around hitting all enemies in a cone area. E ability-(Shield)- Fen'Riz shields an ally champion for x health and gives them bonus lifesteal. R ability-(Buff) Fen'Riz buffs all his abilities (kinda like a Ult).

ULT Q-(Skillshot)- Fen'Riz Grabs the next enemy that he hits and pulls them back to himself. ULT W-(AOE)- Fen'Riz swings his tail around twice, slowing every enemy it hits. ULT E-(Shield)- Fen'Riz shields an ally for x + (y) amount, giving them LIFESTEAL, and (a) additional AD and (b) additional AP

Passive -(aura)- 8% of Fen'Riz's health is also given to all allies as additional ARMOUR and MAGIC RESIST.

There is a picture of what looks like a fantasy Snake. We would like to have legs on it and make it a lizard-type monster.

We figured Riot or someone could make the lore, base stats, graphics, and skin ideas.
