Taric VU?

So I understand that Taric maybe outdated as far as a champion goes, and that should gives him more reason to get an updated don't you guys think? I do understand that people do not play him enough, so that giving him a rework maybe counter productive and a waste of time. But we must consider the fact that Taric is probably one of the more better supports out there, and if he does get an overhaul he doesn't even need to be a support anymore. Taric provides not only heal to the bot lane but also boost of armor from (W) passive, a Stun (E), and gives AD/AP to nearby allies once he hits 6. I came across some pretty good designs (note are not my) links will be below. And also for those of you that do think Taric should get a complete overhaul leave some ideas at the reply/comments.

P.S I'm not really sure myself if riot has or not announced that they will be working on Taric so if they did do leave that in a reply aswell
