Season 4 Silver having gold boarder on profile and the Morgana skin. But Silver boarder in load in?

How can someone have two different boarders and be marked as a Season 4 Silver. Yet have the Victorious Morgana skin and a gold boarder on the profile? But when they load into the game they have a silver boarder? This doesn't make any sense. Someone please explain this to me.
