New Leauge Champion Idea!

You should totally add a Shinigami to League of Legends as a champion! The passive can be the Shinigami eyes which allow it to see into bushes like a ward. his normal attack can be a ranged attack of throwing apples. Q attack can be a barrage of souls, W is a rapid claw attack. E is like Kayn's Shadow Step where the Shinigami sprouts wings and can fly through walls on the map to get places. The Ult is the Shinigami takes out a death note, a GUI pops up on the player's screen, the player can then type on enemy champion (or their username, whichever is easier to code in) and within 40 seconds the enemy will die as long as the player using the Shinigami doesn't die within the 40 seconds. the ult should have a cool down of 200s when first unlocked hat way it can't be spammed.
