Alright riot.
I want there to be a champion with three passive abilities and one active. His Q W and E will all be passive abilities that buff his basic attack in different ways wether they add more damage a slow effect or an AOE effect Or something like that. Then they would have an ult like heimerdinger After casting his ult he would Cast one of his other abilities to buff that passive more for a short amount of time.
Ideas for QWE
Deals damage over time, can only be triggered on a specific enemy once every certain amount of time. (like udyrs Stun) Slows the enemy for a percentage of there maximum move speed. Can only be triggered on a specific enemy every certain amount of time. Deals damage to all enemies around targeted enemy. Possibly every fifth basic attack or something like that. Grants more attack speed the more you attack. (like jinx Q using fishbones) (Open for more suggestions)
Ult Ideas. The ult on this champ would buff the different skills in different ways maybe cause more slow, more damage, bigger radius on the AOE, etc. Maybe when This champ ults one of there abilities that abilities passive will grant vision of the enemy they attack.
Champion Ideas. I want the champion to be a hybrid champion that can be built ad or ap. Maybe his Q scales off ad His W scales off ap and his E scales off of both or maybe scales strictly off of level.
If going AD
I think he would be built on attack speed with items like.
I think these would be good items on him and possibly others but what would be amazing about him, He can do well with ad items ap items maybe he becomes a heavy hitter with less attack speed building items like blood thirster and infinity edge Or he becomes a champion based off of attack speed and movement speed building phantom dancer and runaans hurricane and statikk shiv.
If going AP
Again i think he would be best with the whole attack speed thing like kayle or teemo or azir, building things like
along with stacking ap with items like
