Efialtas The Unforgivable

Efialtas ( or Akumu ) The Unforgivable ( or something like that)

(Passive) Hidden Blades- Every third auto attack is a ranged auto attack dealing 110%(+.5 of bonus ad). If the ranged auto attack kills an enemy unit, it grants a stack of hidden blades (max 5 stacks).

(Q) Plagued Crows- Launches a Murder of crows in a target area dealing 70/85/100/120/150(+.6% of ad) physical damage over 3 seconds. Targets below 35% are infected with Grievous wounds.

(W) Dark Feather Drop- Efialtas may teleport to a target location. Upon spell cast Efialtas disappears and reappears at a target location. Upon teleporting to an enemy champion, Efialtas will grab the enemy champion, stunning them, and doing 15/20/25/30/35% (+.35 ad) physical damage of the targets missing hp.

(E) Creeping Tenebrosity (passive)- Every time Efialtas kills a unit he gets bonus of 15/17/20/22/25% movement speed which decays over 2 seconds. Additionally, at rank 3 whenever Efialtas kills an enemy champion he is granted invisibility for the 2 seconds. At rank 5 whenever Efialtas kills an enemy champion with Dark Feather Drop, The cool down is reset.

(R) Vengeance of the White Crow- Upon death, can be activated to seek vengeance on the enemy champion that killed you. After death for 5 seconds can be activated to dash to the enemy champion that killed you and do 250/350/475(+.50 bonus ad) magical damage. If they die 80% of the damage will hit surrounding enemies and silence them for 1.5 sec.

His skin would be a reference to Bio Shock Infinte. He would wear a coffin on his back just like The Crows would. This would also go along with a skin For Nautilus ( BIg Daddy ) and an Annie skin ( little sister ). Lore ( in progress)- Efialtas was betrayed by a manipulator and tricked into killing his town and family. Seeking vengeance on the betrayer he obtained the mark of the white crow. using his gift he seeks to destroy the one who betrayed him. Allys are Kalista, Shen, and anyone who favors vengeance. Rivals, Leblanc and betrayers.

Has a relationship with vayne.

I don't quite understand but I just had this crazy idea of this champ and it has been on my mind nonstop. i don't think i have ever showed this much ambition in something lol. But if anyone has any ideas or question please let me know so I can implement them into the concept.
