PLEASE HEAR ME OUT, ive been playing alot of league on my new account i made its level 30 and im playing ranked but people kept playing taliyah and kled and they have NO IDEA which 2 max. DISABLE THE NEW CHAMPIONS UNLESS YOU HAVE PBE or if you played the champion 10 games or more

Heck, why not have a thing where you need to play any champ you own a certain number of games before you can bring them to ranked games?
