Marksman Champion Concept

I don't even have a name, but this is more of an idea for a new Marksman champion. I think it would be really cool if there were an ADC that used a different resource than mana. This champion would use ammo in place of the traditional mana/energy bars that most champions have. The theme for this champion is that he (or she) is a gunslinger and carries two revolvers. One gun would hold 6 ammo. Next, I'll list the skills.

Passive - Trigger-Happy: The gunslinger gains bonus (5/7/9/12%) attack speed for 3 seconds after using a stack of ammo. This effect is refreshed when another ammo is consumed and stacks up to 3 times. This was the only ability name I could come up with.

Q - The gunslinger fires a shot that deals bonus (60/65/70/75/80 + 0.4 AD) physical damage. Cost 1 ammo. Cooldown is 7/6/5/4/3 seconds. Fires a second shot for half the damage and consumes another ammo when ulting. This would reset AA giving a nice two hit combo for pretty good damage.

W - This ability reloads all ammo. There is a passive on this ability where the gunslinger does bonus damage when he/she has ammo. The ammo bar fills up one slot at a time, and spells cannot be cast until the reloading process is done. Cooldown is 15/13/11/9/7.

E - With this ability the gunslinger empties the rest of his/her ammo in one quick burst, dealing (30/35/40/45/50 + 0.1 AP) magic damage per ammo, slowing everything hit by 50% for 2.5 seconds. Cost 3-6 ammo. Cooldown is 20/18/15/11/8. Shots after the sixth, deal half damage.

R - The gunslinger draws a second revolver, doubling ammo capacity and increasing attack speed by 40%. Additionally, the gunslinger reloads instantly.
