I think this system would help a lot players, because if someone invite you to play (and not only), you can look on his profile and see if he is a flamer / toxic player and so on.

Good idea, but as the Demon King mentioned, this falls too negatively under shaming etc.
It's always better to reward instead of punishing players: Having the profile display "Good Teammate"/"Friendly player" etc. on the good players is better than shaming the bad players. Also very easy to abuse
I think this would be best implemented as an add-on to the report system; if the report goes through and Riot confirms it, they might be flagged as a repeat offender for a short time if bans don't do the trick.
