**Champion name: **Feligea, the magic piper.

Top lane AD carry, secondary Hybrid carry

**Lore: ** Feligea's tribe loves to listen pipe while telling stories of their ancestors who were the bigs of avarosa, and Feligea fascinates people with her musical talent. She was a daydreamer, imagining things like playing in concerts or being the best pipe player. Feligea didn't like fighting, however, her family forced her to quit playing pipe, but she secretly kept on playing in the forest. A group of people from Demacia, who made researchs, heard this beatiful voice while passing the forest and curiously followed the music into the forest. they saw Feligea and recognized that the animals around her listened to her with attention. The researchers offered her to come to Demacia and develop her skills, they even told her about the House Buvelle, where the famous musician are found, in order to convince her. After this, she returned to her village and asked family for allowence, but as they rejected her request, then she ran away.

After a certain time after having arrived in Demacia, she met the wealthy woman Cestara Buvelle. Cestara wanted Feligea to play a melody and after hearing her melody, Cestara thought she must teach her in order to develop her skills. One day, Feligea witnessed a dog- cat fight in the house's garden. She suddenly got the idea of playing her pipe. the dog and cat calmed down and sat beside of her, as seeing them now everyday in the garden. Feligea got used to them and took them as her pets, naming the dog ghost and the cat fog because of their appaerance. Days slipped away, when Feligea heard a rumor of a baby dragon that was brought to the city, and asked her older ones for allowness to see it. When seeing the sad little dragon in the cage, Feligea played a sad melody with the pipe, and the power of the sound gave dragon a force and it burned the cage's whips holding the cage door, so the little dragon escaped. Feligea, not able to sleep, went to the garden and started playing, when suddenly the little dragon came. Feligea didn't stop her play, and as the time passed on. They got close friends and Feligea named the dragon spark. As Feligea spent her past in Freljord, she is speaking rudely. With time, she recognized her special skills, that with certain sounds she is able to harm people and animals, and with the certain sounds to heal them.

After having championed her skills, she made a contract with her fellow pets to lock their souls in a note box. From here, she wanted to a place, where she can use her skills wavw wisely, to the League of Legends.

**Overview: **Feligea can be AD or Hybrid DPS depending on your choice. Feligea plays her pipe to harm her enemies fastly before they notice and her pets help Feligea to be strong for her weaknesses with her sleep melody and barrier. She is a musician who fled the freljord.

**Abilities: **

Passive – The infinite power of unity: Feligea starts with a note box, which permanently occupies one of her item slots. For 500, 1000 and 1500 gold, Feligea can upgrade respectively her Note Box to increase its stats and grant her one soul, which she can use to summon one of her pets with accordingly choosing. After third evolution, she has 3 pets, but more than one pet cannot exist on the battlefield.

1)Note Box: grants Feligea +5 damage, +5% attack speed and +5 movement speed. 2)Lullaby Box (for 500 gold): +10 damage, +10% attack speed and +10 movement speed, (+1 AD per level) and +1 soul. 3)Accord Box (for 1000 gold): +12.5 damage, +12.5% attack speed and +12.5 movement speed, (+2 AD per level) and +1 soul. 4)Music Box (for 1500 gold): +16 damage, +16% attack speed and +16 movement speed, (+3 AD per level) and +1 soul.

**Q – Explosion of melody/High-pitched sound: **While her pet is not on the battlefield, Feligea plays pipe to deal 70 / 100 /130 / 160 / 190 (+0.50 AP) magic damage to nearby enemies within 300 range(like rengar’s w ability) and giving to enemies daze effect for 0.1/0.15/0.2/0.25/0.3 seconds.

While her pet is on the battlefield, Feligea plays pipe to send a melody in a line, stopping when he collides with an enemy. Feligea then deals 70 / 100 /130 / 160 / 190 (+0.50 AD) AD damage.(Range: 750)

  • Cooldown: 7 seconds
  • Mana cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80

**W - Density of melody/Let’s do this: **while her pet is not on the battlefield, Feligea plays the flute to gain a shield that absorbs 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+0.75 AP) damage for up to 4 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 9 seconds
  • Mana cost: 80 at all level

While her pet is on the battlefield, she gains barrier but halved amount 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+0.75 AP) and uses her pet’s active ability to increase its stats. (Only Ghost (dog) has taunt, the others have either attack speed or movement speed buff.)

Spark (baby dragon): increases its attack speed +%30 / %40 / %50 / %60 / %70 for 5 seconds Smoke (cat): increases its movement speed +10/+15/+20/+25/+30 for 7 seconds Ghost (dog): howls a loud roar to provoke the closest 3 enemy champions within range and take their attention on itself for 1 second

  • Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
  • Mana cost: 60 at all level

E – Midday nap (or Lullaby)/Slowness of melody: While her pet is not on the battlefield, plays her pipe to make an enemy sleep for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 seconds. However, if you or your teammate attacks enemy while sleeping, the enemy will wake up. (Range: 600)

While her pet is on the battlefield, Feligea playing pipe causes the enemy champion slow movement for 1 /1.5 / 2 / 2.5 /3 seconds. (Range: 600)

  • Cooldown: 10/10.50/11/11.50/12
  • Mana cost: 70/75/80/85/90

R – Let’s play! : Passive: Feligea 's basic attacks apply marks to enemy units, up a maximum of 5 marks. Upon applying the 5th mark upon an enemy, Feligea deals magic damage equal to 15/20/25 (+0.25 AP).

Active: Feligea summons a pet whose picture is upon the scroll to the target location. This pet remains on the battlefield for up to 40 seconds, and Feligea can control his movement and attacks.

  • Cooldown: 130/110/90
  • Mana cost: 100 at all level

Spark (baby dragon): is ranged and gives ablaze, dealing 1%(+0.01% of Pehliz’s AP) of their maximum health as magic damage per second for 3 seconds. Ghost (dog): is melee and has more health and armor than others. Between Feligea and Ghost, there is a soul bound which is not allowed the ghost move away more than soul bound’s distance. This bound passively enhances the unity of sharing pain with Feligea, so that the damage given upon Feligea can be evenly distributed as %20 / % 27.5 / %30 to Ghost. (This is only active while ghost exists on battlefield) Smoke (cat): is melee and its basic attacks apply a stack of bleeding, dealing 6 / 12 (+0.05 of Feligea’s AD) physical damage per second for 3 seconds.

**Movement: ** “I hate this way smoke, don’t you, too?? Smoke? Where this cat has gone?” “I don’t understand these people. Whatever I play, they are charmed.”

**Taunt: ** “What should I do? What should I... (And spark comes and) I’VE FOUND IT! Thank you spark, you’ve been very helpful.”

  • **Beside Sona: ** “Muuusiiiic.” “What do you say to impress audiences? Partner?” "What do you tell your fans? Just kidding, you cannot talk."

  • **With opposing all Freljord Champions: ** “I hate all freljords, barbarians.” “I don't understand your curiosity of battle.”

  • ** With opposing Sejuani and Tryndamare** "Brutes! I don't understand your ways."

  • **With opposing Yasuo: ** “Simple and beautiful sound but not more impressive than mine. “ “(Snoring and says) it was so beautiful that I fell asleep.”

**Upon dying: ** “Smoke, it was all your fau...lt.” “Ghost, so you would watch my ... back.” “Spark, I'd trusted in you."

Possible Costumes: Neon strike Heart seeker Primetime or anchor woman School girl (parody of Headmistress Fiora)

Hidden or secret passive with Sona: "The Band" or "Orchestra"

Personally I'm all for another musical champ I really like this concept, almost like a musical one ghoul only yorick, as for quotes, this is just my opinion but how about

"Let's play them a melody" upon select?

Movement: spirits guide me (since they kind of are, and aid her right?)

Against certain freljord inhabitants (tryndamere, sejuani) brutes! I don't understand your ways

Joke: I say discard the first two, and implement this one " I play only the finest tunes * plays a shrill high pitched note* you....didn't hear that....

Taunting sona: what do you tell your fans? Oh wait, that's right laughs

As for yasuo I'm pretty blank on that one, in my opinion it'd only make sense if the yasuo was in the process of playing the flute, which very very few people will do Maybe swap the taunt for a joke instead like: I hear you've got a nice...flute...mind if I see it?"(you get the reference of you think the right thing)

As for skins I feel like those don't fit her style, I could see woad feligia being a thing for sure though

I think that the concept is great but i think its better if she was full ap because music for me is more magic than physical.

I like the idea. She seems pretty original, and there is nothing like her in league. The only thing I would change is her quotes. The quotes are great, but they are too long and would take too long for her to say. Overall, job well done. I have 1 question though: I am also trying to start designing champions, but I'm terrible at drawing. What do you do to get the champion art? Do you draw it?

I feel like feligea and Sona should be related with Yasuo and each other because they all use music in some way.

I couldn't find the comment to reply too, but it was someone complaining about her not wearing enough cloths. She will be made that way if ever made at all for teh sexual part. It sells more .

R ability is not toggle ability. Well, W ability is like normal skill. Upon pressed W ability, dog will howl to take the closest 3 enemies attention for 1 second. I am sorry, I really don't understand what your point is.

Ghost (dog): howls a loud roar to provoke the closest 3 enemy champions within range and take their attention on itself for 1 second
