More love for Singed

This probably comes up a lot with other champs too but I think there are so many great ideas for Singed skins! Sure, Singed isn't a popular champ right now so people probably won't buy the skin and the time and effort MIGHT be wasted. But i think for the few Singed mains out there, skins such as Bee keeper Singed or Railroad worker singed would be great ideas! The railroad worker singed can have smoke coming out and maybe the pool cAn be a pool of oil. Even the pool party Singed idea would work too (although there's surfer singed)!
