i saw this picture in a you tube video , its says the skins are coming out on 2015 , I'm not sure if its true but just posting these
so that riot don't forget those awesome skin ideas!!

these look like contest entry skins. i don't think they are real
i posted something last year about a halloween skin called "Jack-o-Lulu" on my main acc, and it ended up getting noticed by riot and turning into pin of the week, it was awsome, they loved it, i wonder if thats their attemt at trying to make a halloween lulu skin similar too much, then again this is probably contest entrees
yeah, fan skins, people who post videos claiming they are real are just fishing for thumbs ups on youtube.
The lulu skin is really interesting :)
