New Skins for Champions

There are many champions that haven't got skins in months and even years. Some of the champions include Mordekaiser , Swain , Urgot , Viktor . I, as a person who enjoys playing these champions , think that these champions should get some skins even if they aren't that great. It would also be good for the small part of the community that play these champs. I would definitely buy skins for champions that haven't gotten any in a long time

Urgot is the next one receiving a VGU and is under skin embargo until then.

Even after this rework it will take time for him to get a skin. Look at Yorick, he still has the same skins he had with his release. He got the VGU and still no skin for him.

Same for Swain and Mordekaiser, on the list for VGU.

So the only realistic candidate for the near future is Viktor.
