I had thought they were going to release the Blood Moon skins before Snowdown since it wasn't mentioned in the Snowdown Summary post. I can't imagine them doing Snowdown and Blood Moon at the same time. I'm really bummed. They have had the splash arts showing for a week now and they haven't made them available. I'd rather they just keep the splash arts down until they physically release the skin/champ/ They've done the same thing with the last 3 Champion Releases
Just release it and take my freakin money!

It will probably be released on Thursday, as that's when most of the skins are released (as Tuesday is the new Snowdown skins)
maybe this is a test to building anticipation. Personal ik that when you anticipate too long you start to lose interest.

its all to make us want it more. they have teams of psychologists and guys studying our behaviors through our actions like how much and how fast do we purchase something that we've been waiting for weeks and looking at the awesome splash art and they compare to things that we didn't had to wait for. that's just one example. this is a game but secretly is a HUGE business and business requires the study of costumer behavior. they're playing with our minds and wallets. and it's working i want to buy blood moon thresh despite his "hair" looking awful.
