Suprise Party Skins

I have loved playing with the fun and rage inducing surprise party fiddlesticks a lot, and recently I have been thinking about how great it would be to have more surprise party skins out there. I had some thought, but I am pretty sure that RIOT designers like to come up with their own ideas when it came to cosmetics and sounds. The two champions that really stuck out to me (besides fiddle) were nocturne and shen. They both have long distance ults, and while nocturne would follow fiddle's heart attack style if surprise, Shen might be able to give good surprises to his teammates, popping up with a gift of shields and one tanks ninja (possibly even accompanied by balloons or confetti). Bright colors all around, and I certainly wouldn't be opposed to them giving nocturne streamers for his tail. Just a concept but it would be really cool if it even got considered.
