Champion mastery skins?

I really like the idea riot is doing with the champion mastery thing and I know it might be a bit too much to ask for since there are a lot a champions you would have to make a skin for, but i think it would awesome for you to get a cool or unique skin for getting the max rank for your favourite champions, any thoughts?
