Caxx - The Living Armor (Inspired by Venom)

Health: 400-1800 Health Regen: 10-20 Resource: None Armor: 12-60 Magic Resist: 20-40 Attack Damage: 50-100 Attack Speed: 0.6 Melee: 200 Movement Speed: 300 Primary Role: Support Secondary Role: Jungler

Innate: Metabolic Catalyst/Metabolic consumption Caxx's symbiotic host generate double their normal resource/Caxx's parasitic victim generates half their normal resource (mana/energy/fury/etc).

Q: Spore Cooldown:12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Caxx drops a spore at his/his hosts location. The spore can be destroyed by 3 basic attacks(like a ward). Over the next 4 seconds the spore infects an aoe around itself(radius of 400 units). Spore gives vision of infected area and deals 10/15/20/25/30(.4 ap) a second to enemies standing on it. Enemies damaged by infected area gain a stack of infected. Each stack reduces attack speed and movement speed by 5%. An enemy with 5 or more stacks of infected will drop a voidling when killed. The spore lasts for 15 seconds. Any infected will remain infected until spore vanishes or is destroyed. Voidlings behave the exact same as malzahars voidlings.

W: Psuedopod Cooldown: 8 seconds

Caxx attacks one enemy within 400 units with a voracious tentacle. That enemy is rooted for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and is dealt 60/80/100/120/140(+.5 ap) damage and 20% of the damage dealt is returned to caxx/caxx's host as hp.

E: Adaptive Carapace Cooldown:12 seconds

Caxx/Caxx's host developes a hardened exoskeleton that increases armor and magic resistance by 20/25/30/35/40. Magical damage taken will increase MR by 5/6/7/8/9 for the duration of the ability. Physical damage taken will increase armor by 5/6/7/8/9 for the duration of the ability. Health Regeneration rate is tripled for the duration of the ability. The ability last 6 seconds. In Parasite state this ability instead shuts off the victims heal regeneration for 6 seconds.

R:Symbiosis/Parasite Cooldown: 6 seconds Note: Is unlocked at start of game

Caxx targets a space within 600 units and leaps there(capable of hopping walls). If a unit occupies that space, Caxx fuses with them. On allies Caxx will form a symbiosis adding 25%/50%/75%/100% of his stats to theirs(except movement speed). All kills and cs made by this fusion go to the host(even if it was Caxx's ability that made the killing blow) and Caxx gains the assist. Note that stats like attack speed and cooldown will not exceed their caps for one person even with this fusion.

On enemies Caxx will become a parasite and decrease their stats by 10/20/30/40% of his own(except hp). Caxx's hp becomes a seperate stat in parasite state. When a victim gains health by any means, it decreases that parasitic hp and if it reaches 0 Caxx will be killed. If Caxx makes a kill in parasitic state, the kill belongs to him and the victim does not gain cs.

Caxx cannot move his host and is bound to wherever they wish to go but he may use his abilities freely. If a champion Caxx is fused too dies, he also dies. Caxx may recast while fused to someone to unfuse and leap to target location, fusing if any unit occupies that space. Caxx can fuse with minions and neutral monsters. This does not change their allegiance, but it does make them a lot stronger and its a fun way to ambush people.

Backround:

Caxx was an attempt to recreate the formula that brought the amorphous Zac into being. No, not just recreate, improve. The Zaunite scientist wanted to surpass the creation that had escaped them so long ago. Too solve the problem with the blanks they were missing they attempted and succeeded with bonding their unstable blob clones with matter from the void. They got what they were after. Then it got them.

Caxx is an unstable, intelligent, selfish and merciless parasite that sustains itself by feeding on others. Its only driving motivation is to survive and improve itself into a more successful lifeform. Due to failures in its makeup, it is incapable of maintaining its own physical form but will happily infuse itself into others bodies, making monsters of anyone it fancies. Caxx believes the key to sustaining a self sufficient form lies within its predecessor, Zac, and so he as come to the league to claim that power by any means necessary.

Playstyle:

Primarily, you want to build hp for Caxx. Everyone likes hp so no matter who you fuse with, it will be beneficial if you do. Going support your primary job will be to protect the adc, and caxx does this best by giving your adc a whole lot more survivability. His Q additionally gives a strong wave clear and pushing power adcs normally lack and while fused to the adc all that cs will go to them. The Q also acts as pseudo wards. His abilities operate independent of his host so he can root enemies near the adc without the adc ever having to stop moving or shooting. Alternatively you can build ad for your adc or ap for your apc and if not survivability, give them a whole lot more blasting power. While very strong this kind of building is less versatile.

Jungling with Caxx is a bit more difficult. His stats are some of the lowest in the game so you want a good strong leash to start with. Q and E are vital to survive and farm the jungle and getting a cinderhulk early is crucial. Caxx is very slow. Early boots of mobility are a must. For ganks he's heavily reliant on the ally in lane to provide the damage. His leap gives him a great engage and he has a lot of cc to hit the enemy with.. Alternatively he can hop on a minion and ride them into lane potentially undetected until he starts attacking.

Remember you may be support but Caxx is ultimately out for himself. If your host is about to bite the bullet, don't be afraid to leap off them to safer harbor, perhaps over the wall or onto another ally. You don't have to be faster than the bear. You just have to be faster than your ally.
