Legendary skins deny Ultimates?

So I was talking with my gf last night about what a Teemo or Annie legendary skin would look like, and we came to the depressing conclussion that we might never actually get to see one. See, considering that, for example, Jinx; she has an ultimate skin - Star Guardian - yet she has never gotten an ultimate. Same goes for Teemo, and Annie (Wonderland and technically Hextech as well). And also many others; Darius, GP, Ahri, etc. Could this mean that we might never get to see ultimate skins for these champions? Or is it simply gonna take a long time? ;~; Cause I want my ultimate Jinx skin >.>

I think you need to learn the difference between ultimate and legendary. Teemo does have a legendary skin. It's Omega Squad, and i'm pretty sure his ultimate skin is Little Devil. I don't play Annie so i'm not sure about her skins though then there's the other ones you're talking about talk about:

Ahri- I don't play her but i'm fairly sure it's popstar Darius-DreadNova Darius GP- idk and idc. GP is a scumbag

lel.. You mean Legendary.

and Annie (Wonderland and technically Hextech as well).

Hextech is technically 1350, as it gives new model/texture, animations, visual effects and sound effects. If it had a new voice over on top of that, then it'd match up with most of the standards of modern Legendary skins. Wonderland, being a legendary doesn't match with that though as it's much much older from before Riot had those standards (and it only changes her Model).

I believe any of the champions can get Ultimates it's just a matter of time for the most part. Though, I also feel that when champions have Legendary skins already, it is a little more unlikely that they'd receive an ultimate. Why? Well, when you look at the 4 Ultimates currently in the game;

Pulsefire Ezreal Spirt Guard Udyr D.J. Sona Elementalist Lux

Each of them has a few things in common. First, they are all Iconic champions from 2009-2010 eras (beginning of League) And second: none of them have a Legendary.

So, I believe a champion like Jinx, who was released in 2013, is close to something like that, hence why she recieved her Legendary but wasn't quite there for an Ultimate. Annie or Teemo, both coming from 2009 are some possible choices for that, though Teemo again holds a modern Legendary, so it feels less likely for him.

I'm pretty sure the next Ultimate skin will be a toplaner 'cause: ADC Ezreal SUPP Sona MID Lux JG Udyr And after that is released, They'll propably take a small break from Ultimate skins and mby create another skin tier or something [sg-ezreal]

from what i understand one of the things with ultimate skins is that they change the appearance across the game, both spirit guard udyr and pulsefire ezreal get better looking across the game from leveling up (possibly DJ sona too), elementalist lux obviously gains the energy from dealing damage to champions and DJ sona obviously has the effect of changing tracks which also affects her appearance.
