The league of legend update (Nerfing Veigar)

You guys may be aware of updating league today. So I did, and first game in I was mid with Veigar. What made me so pissed was when the update nerfed his Q and E. His Q is like a arrow so you know where to aim, and his E (stun) takes about a sec for it to actually stun the enemy, and it outlines it also so the enemy knows I'm going to stun them. I hate the update lol. I just want to know you thoughts on Riot nerfing Veigar.
