Legendary Arcade Skin Ideas

To begin, it's blatantly obvious that Rito is beginning to take a different standpoint on group skins, I.E creating skin layouts in order to further hype, and needless to say it is working amazingly. On that note, we can see that there will be 4 more Arcade skins, one being for the Arcade line and 3 likely 1350 skins for the Battle Boss line, considering Final Boss Veigar already exists. That brings up the question of "Where is the legendary ARCADE skin?"

Let me paint a picture for you.

Level 100 Viktor as an ultimate skin.

My reasoning to the name is mainly because you can't really dramatize any Arcade-themed skin names. Final Boss makes sense, Final Arcade doesn't. Honestly Lvl. 100 Viktor for more style sounds more appealing.

My reasoning for Viktor as the champion to receive it is his kit. Not only is it already laced with technology, but his Hex Core is a PERFECT conduit for an arcade-based skin, especially the Level 100 idea. His overwhelming power is primarily based on him leveling up in game, and being able to have more AP available to him as opposed to other champions ( which would make a Lvl 100 Viktor vs. Final Boss Veiger matchup even more interesting as both tend to outscale other midlaners AP-wise ) really symbolizes the power of somebody who has reached max rank/level in a video game.

As for the ultimate skin, Viktor is a bad guy. He is not interested in morals or moral premises, he's a revolutionary with a dastardly cybernetic view. Therefore, changing his entire character to reflect a "good guy" to lead the other Arcade skins against the Battle Bosses would just make sense. To further my point, a majority, if not ALL midlanders ( AP inclusive ) are bad people. Xerath is a bad person. Leblanc is a bad person. Ahri is a seductress. Etc, etc. If we're going to make a midlaner for the final arcade skin, and it's DEFINITIVELY going to be legendary, let's give it to the best candidate, Viktor.

I'd love to get more attention and feedback on this, I'd love it if this became a thing like Arcade Riven did.
