New Quinn Skin Concept

So I have this idea for a new Quinn Skin concept. Basically "AmeriQuinn" where Quinn has like a wonder woman costume and Valor is a bald eagle. I feel like the fact that Riot hasn't done this is kind of a missed opportunity. We have Uncle Ryze and the Siver skin, so why not AmeriQuinn?? Let's make this happen guys I'd gladly pay money for that.
