Waited up last night with a fried until like 7 a.m est time, woke up later still nothing, so maybe surrender at 20 is wrong for once?

if they aren't out at noon pacific time then somethings up. gotta remember, riot is still in the west. and skins usually aren't out till 3pm-4pm est

Yes i understand that, and as i far as i know its still the 8th in the US so they still have time to release them!

Yeah, i live right next to the new server actually! Right now it's 2:40 p.m where i live! So playing the waiting game!!

as is everyone else. Go play a couple matches, or do something productive. theyll be released when they feel they are ready to be release. People are so impatient and yet they are the first ones where to complain when things dont go right. again like people have said in these types of thread be patient!

In the mean time, I'm not sure if this works but you can try to take the skin files form the PBE client and replace it with a random skin in the live client. However, once the Projext skins come out, you have to repair your client
