Anyone else tired of waiting for the project skins?`
Waited up last night with a fried until like 7 a.m est time, woke up later still nothing, so maybe surrender at 20 is wrong for once?

or gasp maybe because its still the 8th. people are just too impatient!
Kids. Don't under stand patience.
In the mean time, I'm not sure if this works but you can try to take the skin files form the PBE client and replace it with a random skin in the live client. However, once the Projext skins come out, you have to repair your client
if they aren't out at noon pacific time then somethings up. gotta remember, riot is still in the west. and skins usually aren't out till 3pm-4pm est
