Name: Misory, the Arcane Protector

P-Mana Font "Every fourth spell triggers an area around Misory for 2 seconds that heals allies for 2% of total mana per second and restores 5% of mana regen as mana"

Q- Mage's Flurry CD:10/9.5/9/8/8.5 "Launches 3/4/5/6/7 projectiles that deal x%AP+y%total mana per projectile. Can pass through minions, locks on to target"

W- Arcane Safeguard CD:10/9/8/7/6 "Places an activatable(toggle) safeward on an ally that prevents him from taking an x% of total mana amount of damage and granting movement speed" While active, consumes mana constantly. After toggling,must wait 10-9-8-7-6 seconds before toggling again

E- Arcanum Field CD:12/11.5/11/10/9 "Creates an impassible bubble, only accesible to allies, around self, that provides an x% of mana regen, as CDR" Can go above 45%, but not over 60% Grants 5%-6%-7%-8% base CDR, scales with mana regen Consumes mana constantly while active. Lasts for 5 seconds

R- Rune of Manafire CD:100/90/80/70 "Places a rune on an enemy that does AOE burn damage for 10 seconds, scaling with total mana regen. Does not reduce healing like ignite, but takes away x%of mana regen and slows by 25/30/40% for the first 3 seconds"
