A Stupid concept that a new champion could use

Okay so i would like to talk about an idea i got while eating a tacos. It would use a stat that actually is never used on any champion but for the purpose it was made it's not used for scaling or changing gameplays by a lot i talk about the regenaration of ressources they don't really have their word to say in a world where everything is about ad/ap/ms/max mana ect ect.

So for some cool kit ideas that it could use i thought that we could modulate it to change the power of the champion to balance it would have a high CD and it wouldn't be usable in combat It would look like that And for example , let's activate it in the red zone , (sorry people with daltonism (>_<) ) it would put your regen really low but it would give you a good amount of bonus ad as compensation (or ap) and if you pressed it in green zone you would have a good regen but i would slow you down , or give you increased cost on others spells

I actually had a similar idea with aatrox's W.

Make it give a certain amount of lifesteal. On toggle that lifesteal % changes into % bonus damage. Yes, all lifesteal you buy would also change into % bonus damage.

Similar to Dota 2's morphling?

He toggles between agility and strength which is basically dmg+ attack speed and HP + hp regen

if u would per say have 70 strength from base+items, you could turn this into 70+ agility with a small bonus scaling, and the other way around.
