Appearance: A humanoid suspension of chemtech spheres (dark purple glow) maintaining an otherwise amorphous mass of toxic gas which shifts and shimmers, only occaisonally remembering its original shape. Colors fade off towards the body's periphery, ending in darkness.

Abilities:


Miasma (Passive) Effect Radius: 325

Innate: Damage enemies close to Vadim, infecting them with a poison which deals 10-40 (+15% bonus AD) (+20% AP) magic damage over 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times for a maximum of 50-200 (+75% bonus AD) (+100% AP) magic damage over the duration. The damage will trigger once every second, and at max stacks grant extra effects to his other abilities.


Lashing Tendril (Q): Target Range: 800 Collision Radius: 30 Tether Radius: 1000 Speed: 1600 Cost: 100/90/80/70/60 Mana Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12

Active: Vadim shoots ethereal strands of poison in the target direction, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+100/110/120/130/140% AD) physical damage to the first target hit and tethering him to them for 2 seconds. The target gains a stack of Miasma every second they remain tethered, and if they do not break the tether Vadim pulls himself to their location. If the enemy has max Miasma stacks Vadim instead pulls the enemy to his location and rips the tendrils out, dealing an additional 15/30/45/60/75 (+60% AP) magic damage.


Toxic Cloud (W): Target Range: 850 Effect Radius: 500 Angle 80 degrees Cost: 25/40/55/70/85 Health Cooldown: 18/16.5/15/13.5/11

Passive: Every 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Vadim's next auto attack against an enemy siphons his miasma from their bodies, consuming all stacks to instantly heal himself for the same amount (40% effective against minions). Cooldown is refunded by 50% against champions and large monsters when below 40% health.

Active: Vadim fires a portion of his body at the target area creating a cloud of miasma which spreads out from the point of impact, covering the ground in a cone shaped area for 4 seconds and dealing 10/12/14/16/18% of his current health in magic damage to those hit by the initial effect. Enemies standing in the area are affected by Miasma, and at max stacks become nearsighted and are revealed for 2 seconds as they thrash about in pain.


Poison Strike (E): Cost: 30 Mana Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4

Active: Vadim's next auto attack within 5 seconds gains 50 range, applies a stack of Miasma, and deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+60% AD) (+30% AP) bonus physical damage. Grants 30% bonus attack speed for 2 seconds against a max-stack target.

Poison Strike resets Vadim's autoattack timer.


Insidious Tendrils (R): Target Range: 650 Effect Radius: 450 Cost: 10% Current Health Mana Cooldown: 110/90/70

Active: Vadim expels the miasma within him at the target area in a massive burst, dealing 150/250/350 (+50% bonus AD) (+40% AP) (+10% bonus Health) magic damage to enemies hit, and applying max stacks of Miasma. When the poison wears off affected enemies within 800 units are pulled 650 units towards Vadim; this has no effect if he is dead at the time. Vadim can reactivate this ability within 5 seconds after an initial 0.8 second delay to instead consume all Miasma stacks and immediately pull enemies with max stacks towards him.



Lore: Delivery guy falls victim to an emergency purge of some deadly toxins in a chemfactory, and is transformed into living miasma. More to come.

Really cool idea! But I'm not sure about having a free sunfire cape as a passive. Also, how many stacks does it take for leak to max out?

Mini-Update:

Updated Appearance, and added a statistics block. I have a better idea of what he is, but need to work on 'who' he is and why he's in the league of legends.

Random Stream of Consciousness Stuff:

I actually haven't read any of the universe stuff since they wrote out summoners and the old league of legends, so I'll be doing some reading before I get far on the lore front. Also need to work on who he was before the transformation a bit to develop his human side. I'll probably post a partial lore next overviewing the human elements, and save the rest of it for a later date.

As far as the kit goes, I'm not thrilled with the current e; it feels very generic. Unfortunately everything I think about replacing it with also feels rather generic; thoughts include something like jax's ult with bonus damage every x attacks, and an active for damage reduction against poisoned targets, a somewhat longer cd AoE slash/auto reset, or some sort of smash for extra cc. If I go the extra cc route, I'd probably drop the pull option on the q in favor of making it a targeted dash at max stacks. Maybe some form of toggle where he can either gain dr vs poisoned targets, or ground them at max stacks. Probably need to decide a little more about the nature of the toxin in his lore, then bring that through to the kit. Actually, more important to decide what the chem-tech devices do. I like the idea of some limited puppet-control effects based on what devices are active. This might make better passive; miasma still does the damage, but instead of empowering his other abilities, using his other abilities affects the miasma in different ways, granting different forms of cc with some kind of puppet-master flavor. Probably harder to make into an effective kit, but worth looking at once the lore's a little further along.
