W: Fates Progression
boosts targeted champions cooldown reduction by 10,12.5,15,17.5,20% for 3 seconds (point click ability, can break CD cap and can target self) CD: 15s

LORE (super short summary):
Long ago Nurral became ascended, after the fall of Shurima she longed to bring her people into a new age and stop the fighting tearing the empire apart. She talks to a seer who says to travel into the heart of shurima to find her destiny. Following this guidance she finds a small town deep in the desert, called "Jel'huum". With her warhammer "Gilyon" in hand she enters the small town, searching for the capable leader shurima needs. While in the town she fights off a band of raiders and shows otherworldly feats of strength. The town people fear she may be ascended and because of that they fear her and what she might do. Because of the isolation of this village they believe that the ascended are the ones responsible for the fall of shurima, that when they became a god they regarded life as feeble and mortals as slaves. The towns folk decide to lure Nurral into a trap and kill her, saving their families and shurima. Moments before the trap a young man finds her and warns her, filled with rage she orders him to leave the village and don't look back. bursting from her tent she finds herself met by the village wielding all types of weapons, looking fearful. Feeling betrayed she challenges them, whoever can take her down she will yield to and serve. with that she crushes the first of them with her war hammer, and in a couple hours everyone in the town is dead. In that moment she feels mortified but realizes that they were all weak and that the weak do not deserve help/protection. In weakness there is doubt and in doubt there is uselessness. truly she finds what she's looking for at the village of "Jel'huum". rejoining the darkin she inevitably chooses the most worthy one to stand beside until she is locked away into her weapon "Gilyon".
